Description 
General dairy farm duties

Duties and Responsibilities

• Chores, field work, fill-in milker, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge or interest in organic production preferred
• Farm experience preferred, but not required
• Understand and comply with R & G Miller & Sons protocols and mission
• Able to work early mornings
• Be punctual; excellent attendance is crucial
• Able to work in a team environment, yet be self-motivated
• Willingness to learn
• Physical ability for lifting
• Willing to work every other weekend and some holidays
